The Strategy Session is a $300 focused session that results in a tailored 90-day action plan. If we move into a retainer agreement, the Strategy Session fee is applied to your first month of services. If we do not move forward, you still leave with actionable direction and a structured plan.

The Operations Audit is $300 which includes a 60 minute intensive to determine current roadblocks and a 90-day Action Plan to resolve the most pressing issues. Our retainer services begin at $2,500 per month with a three-month minimum commitment required.
